Our Supplementary IT Support services provide organisations with a flexible outsourced IT support service that works in tandem your internal IT support staff to increase the overall efficiency of IT support across the organisation.
If there are times when your internal team lacks skills in new technology areas, or cannot provide sufficient support coverage, Syscomm can work in harmony with your existing IT helpdesk to ensure that business operations are not impacted, and that IT systems and IT users remain operational.
We can operate in a 1st line support role to release the time of IT Managers to focus on important business decisions and IT strategy; or in a 3rd line support role to provide additional IT expertise and resource for the difficult issues that are overwhelming your internal IT support staff and consuming too much of their time.
We also offer an IT support service to extend additional IT resource to our customers on a per-project basis where internal support resources are expected to be stretched, perhaps following a major network upgrade, or during an office relocation, a period of sickness, to provide holiday cover or to support a temporary increase your own project based or seasonal work.
Any of our support services can be tailored for inclusion in our Supplementary IT Support contract, from 1st line support through to 3rd line support, IT Management services, IT consultancy, Network Management or providing a pro-active Network Operations Centre to provide network monitoring and oversee internal network and server operations.
