Our managed service includes a managed Cisco router and firewall which Syscomm will configure to your network requirements and we will maintain the hardware for the life of your agreement.
Syscomm extensively monitor the health, availability and throughput of our router and ADSL connections 24/7. In the event that our early-detection systems identify an issue such as a line problem developing we will be proactive in resolving the problem.
Our Cisco routers include an advanced enterprise class hardware firewall which we can customise to your specific network requirements. An effective boundary firewall is essential in keeping your internal network secured against Internet threats. Customer of our managed Internet services can also benefit from optional managed IPSec or Web VPN services, load balancing and redundancy configurations across multiple locations supported by Syscomm connections. |
