What we're about

Everything we do stems from our deep understanding of what modern organisations really need from their IT partner.

The things that make us different from your average IT support company in London are exactly what enable our clients to succeed.

Our history

Founded in 1984, we've grown from a communications specialist to a complete IT solutions provider.

With decades of experience responding to cyber incidents and solving complex IT challenges, we've developed unique insights that shape how we protect and support our clients today.

Our mission

We eliminate the gaps other IT providers leave behind, bringing together networks, security, and support under one integrated approach.

Our goal is to transform organisations' IT from a source of stress into a driver of success.

Our value

We don't just manage individual systems - we create seamless IT environments where everything works together.

Through our hexagon framework, proactive monitoring, and deep technical expertise, we deliver complete visibility and control across your entire IT setup.

Our clients

We excel at serving multi-site organisations who need enterprise-grade IT without the enterprise complexity.

From MATs and colleges to manufacturers and professional services firms, we help those who see technology as key to their growth turn that vision into reality.

2010s

Knowledge seekers

After three decades of technological transformation, Syscomm keeps working hard to expand our expertise in integrated network, cloud and telephony technologies and associated support services.

The 2016 Digital Economy Bill highlighted the government’s intention to “make the UK a place where technology ceaselessly transforms the economy, society, and government” – a change we’re determined to be a part of.

2000s

Early adopters

Syscomm develops its Data Centre (Cloud) environment across multiple sites in London and Coventry. Combined with a variety of high-speed connectivity (ISP) services, we begin to deliver a fully managed end-to-end solution, tailored to our clients’ needs.

1990s

Strategic thinkers

Syscomm achieves initial success in the IT service industry, driven by the belief that reliable network connectivity is a strategic necessity for every organisation (regardless of their size or industry).

1984

Our inception

Initially providing Token Ring and Systems Network Architecture (SNA) connectivity for IBM systems environments, Syscomm is founded. Our mission is simple: to ensure technology was doing what it’s supposed to do – solve real-world challenges and improve users’ lives.

Roger Portrait Photo

Roger

Roger is a long-standing advocate of the benefits technology can bring to business. After a career with Marconi and IBM (which took him from London to Santa Clara), he founded Syscomm.

The goal was as clear then as it is today: to help mid-market companies progress, aided by advanced technology.

When he’s not bringing an expert eye to communications and systems infrastructure solutions, Roger enjoys sailing, motorsport, and ale (the real kind).
